VeteranUnlocked does not collect personal information from visitors. We do not require an account, login, or registration to use any part of this site. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools that identify individual visitors.
If you submit a message through the contact form, we collect only what you voluntarily provide — your name, email address, and message content. That information goes directly to our email inbox through Netlify Forms and is not stored in a database on our end.
The guides on this site instruct you to upload your VA records, service treatment records, Blue Button reports, and other personal documents into your own Claude account on Anthropic's platform. Those files go between you and Anthropic. VeteranUnlocked never receives them, never stores them, and never has access to them at any point.

This site recommends Claude Pro, a product made by Anthropic. VeteranUnlocked has no financial relationship with Anthropic. We receive no referral fees, affiliate payments, or compensation of any kind when you subscribe to Claude. We recommend it because it is the tool these guides were built and tested on.
If you contact us through the form at /contact, your submission is processed by Netlify Forms. Netlify's privacy policy governs how that data is handled on their end. We use your email address only to respond to your message. We do not add you to any mailing list, share your information with third parties, or retain your contact information beyond what is needed to respond.
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Netlify may set functional cookies necessary for form processing. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are present on this site.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
